- BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE (BOGO): An ideal time to add a museum visit to your vacation or business trip itinerary or for families to spice up weekend plans, the "Buy One, Get One Free" gives admission to two for the price of one to any participating museum.
- JOIN ONE, SEE THEM ALL: Absolutely the best time to join! When purchasing a membership at any one of the participating museums you can visit any of the other participating museums for free during Miami Museum Month. This saves visitors more than $50 per adult.

This year’s program features a special kick-off event themed “Miami Then and Now”, a retrospective look at Miami through the years. “Miami Then and Now” will take place on May 1, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at The Coral Gables Museum located at 285 Aragon Avenue and will also serve as a platform to unveil the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau’s newest Heritage Guide Book.
This year’s program will feature a special “Night at the Museum” promotion where a lucky winner will have the chance to invite a group of friends for a sleep-over and private dinner party while screening the film “Night at the Museum” at the History Miami Museum. The group will spend the night surrounded by the exhibits and will be immersed in history as the destination’s founders come to life during an enchanted evening.
